Rural House the Colina

The cottages La Colina 1 and La Colina 2 are located in the municipality of Las Navas de la Concepción in the province of Seville. They are next to the rivera de Ciudadeja in the Sierra Norte Natural Park.

They are two buildings with 3 independent houses each. In La Colina 1, each house has a capacity for 7 people, and can be adapted for a group of 21 people.

Each house has a living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, mixer, kitchen utensils, bathroom, two double rooms and one double room with sheets and blankets.

In La Colina 2, we have a house for a maximum of 16 people, another for 7 and another for 5. The big house has 6 double beds with the possibility of an extra bed in each of them, ideal for children. The medium house has 7 beds of 105 cm and a very spacious living room of 60 m2. The small house has a double bed, two 105 cm beds and the possibility of an extra bed.

The humid and fresh atmosphere of the area makes the summer one of the most pleasant places to enjoy the scenery that surrounds the houses.

You can enjoy the large terraces and porch, beautiful gardens, barbecues, and two swimming pools, one large and one small for children, all installed with maximum security for the tranquility of the parents.

It has hot water, electricity and heating.

The houses are surrounded by a great variety of plants and animals that characterise this place as one of the best places for the enjoyment of nature, tranquillity and wellbeing.

Situated in the north-east of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla Natural Park, this small mountain village is one of the most unspoilt and wildest natural enclaves in the Park.

Straddling the border between the provinces of Cordoba and Seville across the river Retortillo, it is a privileged and wild place, rich in a variety of flora and fauna that is easy to observe and where endemic species can be found.

Its whitewashed hamlet, nestled between mountains and at an altitude of 434 metres above sea level, is isolated from all the pollution, haste and agglomeration so common in urban centres.
Amongst the mountains that surround it, the following stand out: The mountain ranges of El Caballo; Las Lomas; Tres Mojones and El Cabril, to the north. Las Hermanillas and El Blanco, to the south.

A few kilometres to the east is the Retortillo river reservoir, where you can go fishing. To the south-west, between the mountains of La Armada, on the banks of the river Ciudadeja: the Ermita de Belén, a place of recreation and beautiful scenery.
